[arm-allstar] New install V1.7-01

Hello everyone!

I recently installed HamVoIP: RPi-Z2W-2-3-4_V1.7-01_Allstar on 
RaspberryPi 2B.

I’ve gone through the configuration menu and PTT, COS and audio levels 
looks ok. The DTMF decoder seems to work also from CLI client output.
But I got no response from Allstar when sending DTMF-commands...? If I 
do *70 nothing happens... I was expecting a system status report.
What am I missing?
