Hi Patrick,
The reason I added phonesendlinks and set it disabled by default is that,
at that point, sending these links was largely unneeded. NOW, the
situation has changed, with these new applications.
I'll look that code over again and consider reversing the defaults in the
next upcoming bug fix release.
