[arm-allstar] Repeater Phone

I have a question on the app for Iphone called Repeater Phone. when this app
is used to log onto a node it shows up as  IaxRpt or Web Transceiver client,
it does this because it is not registered with Allstar I assume.
Because it does not I don't know who the person is unless I look up there
node number, is the away to block unregistered nodes. This may apply to
other apps that work in the same way.

The person using Repeaterphone is still registered at allstarlink.org, I
presume with a callsign and password.
