[arm-allstar] Repeater Phone

I have a question on the app for Iphone called Repeater Phone. when this
app is used to log onto a node it shows up as  IaxRpt or Web Transceiver
client, it does this because it is not registered with Allstar I assume.
Because it does not I don't know who the person is unless I look up there
node number, is the away to block unregistered nodes. This may apply to
other apps that work in the same way.
Please don't get me wrong I encourage all nodes to connect to other nodes
including my node, I just want to see who you are. The first time I saw
this on my node I was trying to figure out how someone had my login for
DVSwitch but found out it was a different app.
