[arm-allstar] Bubble Chart

 I just double checked it in both the iax.conf and the node/server settings at allstarlink.org and everything lines up.

the x's are you node numbermickeymouse is your password from allstar registration
allstarlink.org, portal, node settings, passwordserver settings iax port
port forward on your router is only for incoming and will not stop you from registering

I also checked port forwarding and it seems to be correct as well. I also made sure that the iax.conf is correct and that the server settings on allstarlink.org is set with the correct iax port.
At a loss as the other node works correctly in regards to the bubble chart...
