[arm-allstar] Bubble Chart

I assume when you said iax.conf was correct that you checked the password
and verified it's the same in allstar registration.
iax.conf
register => xxxxxx:mickeymouse at register.allstarlink.org

the x's are you node number
mickeymouse is your password from allstar registration

allstarlink.org, portal, node settings, password
server settings iax port

port forward on your router is only for incoming and will not stop you from
registering
