[arm-allstar] Cradlepoint cell modem

What provider are you using? I've had issues with some of the super 
low-end VPSs I've tried. Linode and Vultr both seem to work pretty well 
for running ASL, though sometimes I've had problems with Linode 
overselling physical hosts, which is why I'm trying to get the majority 
of my nodes converted to HamVoIP running on Raspberry Pi 4's in 
datacenters. So far, I've only managed to get one node out of 4 that I 
really care about migrated there.
