[arm-allstar] rPi 400 USB ports not working

Patrick,
Make sure you're running the latest HamVoIP firmware version (which has a
5.4.75-1-ARCH kernel), which is fully updated.
Also, you may need the extra firmware package, installed by:
pacman -Syu linux-firmware-hamvoip-extra
I don't personnally have a RPi400, however I've heard reports that they do
work.
