I use zerotier vpn in the remote raspberry pi running hamvoip so that it
connects out to the free zerotier vpn
and I also connect my laptop to the zerotier vpn free account. now I can
remote into the raspberry
with putty or winscp or supermon to manage it remotely. I like the
suggestion of connecting the cellmodem
raspberry to an established node, easily programmed to do so when booted.
I only suggest the vpn so you don't have to go to site to make changes.
