[arm-allstar] New pi 4B and update

David,
I have a friend with the same issue, so curious what the other step is.
>From what I understand, the two files required for the Pi4 to boot are not
on the image one downloads, but once one does an update, they are there?
Problem my friend has is since it won't boot, can't do the update.
Not sure if this is making any sense to you.
