[arm-allstar] New pi 4B and update

I have a couple of nodes on older pi4B's.  I updated the software on one of
the older ones by going into the menu and selecting #1. The node updated and
ran fine. I decided to take the SD card and plug it into the newer pi4B. I
get the error that it needs newer software and it won't boot.  I was able to
go to the link and download the updated  hamvoip image, and that booted fine
on the newer Pi4B.   Shouldn't the update have the the 2 files that would
allow it to boot on older and newer boards? Any thoughts??
