[arm-allstar] How do I remove local node number from connect announcement

that is what happens when you use the info I sent, you will get the
ascending tone on a connection and descending tone on a disconnect.
the ct= cw beeps can just be left blank if you don't want them, turn off
telemetry and all you will hear is the tones for connect and disconnect.
look over the script and play. I am sure if you ask Patrick he has other
tone patterns to save you playing for hours, lots of choices.
relaxing, just like playnews is now that I modified and got rid of
annoyances from the broadcaster, this software is fun.
