[arm-allstar] How do I remove local node number from connect announcement

[Ron WA2WWK]

I'm using auto connect on my mobile node and would like to hear only a
confirmation beep when connected and no words?  Any possibility this can be
done?  Thanks.  WA2WWK  Ron
