This is interesting.
My thoughts on this "scam?".

By offering these crazy prices, lots of potential customers will pay up 
front using PayPal.

AliExpress hold that cash in their bank for 11 days from where it can be 
invested short term.

Looking at my order progress I see:

"This order will ship in 11 days. If not, your refund will be issued 
automatically."

I suspect that none will be shipped at those prices and the automatic 
refunds will just happen.

By using products in a niche market they do not draw too much attention 
to what I think is probably a clever, fully automated cash making 
system, using other people's capital.

We will see!
