[arm-allstar] Radioless nodes, hoping someone can help

I've done all the SIP phone/DVSwitch/Zoiper softphone stuff. Sometimes,
it's just nice to have an actual microphone with a PTT. Though I'm
primarily an iOS guy, I do have a cheap Android phone with DVSwitch
mobile installed, which I much prefer to using Zoiper when I'm out
somewhere and don't feel like dragging extra equipment with me, since I
can use a physical button for PTT. I configured my DVSwitch to use USRP
instead of IAX2. It uses much less bandwidth and battery life that way,
since it isn't constantly streaming, even when there is no activity,
which is what happens with a normal IAX2 connection. Anecdotally, it
seems less latent as well. It's easiest to use a dedicated node (not
necessarily dedicated hardware or VPS) with this kind of setup, since
you have to change the channel driver to make that work.
