[arm-allstar] Command To Shut Down Node

shutdown -h now
will shut it completely off.
shutdown -r now 
will shutdown and reboot

You can program a DTMF code that will do that.

And after clean shut down, is there a way to DTMF a boot up?  Or do I have
to power cycle the unity?  Thanks!
