[arm-allstar] using hamvoip as the repeater controller

Hi Jed.
I am currently running a Kenwood TKR-750 and a Kenwood TKR-850 at two locations using Hamvoip. Now I am using them to do the id and that is all. I am not sure how to use them to shut down and do the announcements but I imagine some scripts would have to be created to do that. I will let others chime in on that. I went with two RA-35's from Masters Communications with a direct connection to the DB-25 on the back of both repeaters. Each repeater is in a hospital. You have to do some configuration in the Kenwood software for the direct connections but it is not hard to do and they both work well. I am running them over a AREDN mesh system. They have been in service since the first of the year and so far so good. I had URI cables make the two cables up for the repeaters.
