[arm-allstar] rpt.conf - remotect - when does it play ?

For what it's worth, I've never encountered a situation where remotect
does anything in HamVoIP. Remotetx, linkunkeyct, remotemon,
functcomplete  and cmdmode are the ones I've changed on all my nodes. I
got rid of the two default tones almost immediately when I set up my
first node. Maybe remotect is connected to the remote base code that is
no longer present in HamVoIP's version of app.rpt?
