[arm-allstar] Trouble Updating

I've been dutifully updating the Hamvoip implementation on my node since 
I installed it in 2020. I blithely select option 1 and let it do its 
thing. Today I read about a fix that came out for the January 21st 
update and thought I'd apply it. If I select option 1, I get the 
following screen?

Looks like no update has happened since June 5, 2020, or I don't know 
how to read this screen correctly.
