[arm-allstar] cm108 baofeng transmit while receiving option?

Channel lockout could be the issue, but the main thing here is to make
sure linktolink is enabled. See my previous message. If this still
doesn't work, check the radio.
If you have tones enabled, and the radio beeps at you and won't transmit
when you press the PTT while there is activity on the frequency, that's
channel lockout. I don't know what it does visually. Also, I don't know
if your radio is stripped down and modded or not, so this all may not
matter much.
