[arm-allstar] 2 nodes on same network

Both nodes need to know the local ip of the other node.
You do this by adding an entry into the [nodes] stanza of rpt.conf If you
had nodes 12345 (ip of 192.168.1.100) and 54321(192.168.1.101) on your
local network...
rpt.conf for 54321 would have...
[nodes]
<snip>
12345 = radio at 192.168.1.100:4569/12345,NONE
rpt.conf for 12345 would have...
[nodes]
<snip>
54321 = radio at 192.168.1.101:4570/54321,NONE
