[arm-allstar] Connection alerts

Swiss Army works fine for this.  Make sure to go through and reread the documentation again.  For this to work you need to also install an SMTP client.

So I been trying to figure this out for a while. I even used Swiss army with no luck as well. 

Is there a way to either email, text to when a node connects and disconnects? 

If so is there any detailed documentation to do so? I would assume I have to configure the SNMP. Or is there a simple way of completing this?
