[arm-allstar] SayWeather

I'm not familiar with SayWeather but I have a script that does something
similar.

Just add a function in your function stanza "[functions#####]" to call the
script, such as:

85=cmd,/etc/asterisk/local/your-script-name.sh

and at the end of your script, tell asterisk to play the generated file:

/usr/sbin/asterisk -rx "rpt localplay $NODE1 $file"
