81=cmd,/usr/local/sbin/say24time.pl 48420 40039 ;time,weather

# if you want to have the standard *81 in Allstar say the 24 hour

saytime24.pl is located in usr/local/sbin if you want to read more about it
but the *81 above is my node and zip code and works just fine
