[arm-allstar] Clicking noise and broken audio

I am getting a clicking noise on the repeater transmitters listening on a
radio to the repeaters. When I used the test tone, voice announcements, cw
ID when commanded also have clipping noise, on 6 different repeaters, 5
different raspberry setups. I turned off the hamvoip registration in
iax.conf and left the allstar and it seemed to help a little.
anyone else experiencing this. I am using the raspberry Pi 3B Plus on all
setups. With SanDisk Ultra 16GB cards and the latest release of hamvoip.
