[arm-allstar] First Post

[Dave Petrie]

I just sent Steve an email directly with how-to so he could check his port
forwarding and registration.
He is not registering on allstar with his allstar nodes, echolink is but he
may not have port forwarding setup,
I tried to connect and no go.
