[arm-allstar] Can't access remote node via shh

Unfortunately, this sounds like the filesystem is either full, corrupt, or
ejected/unmounted. Everything that loaded up in memory (iax) is working,
but anything that needs to access the files system does not.

A power cycle might recover the filesystem, but it could equally just not
come back up.
