[arm-allstar] Can't access remote node via shh

I made a change to support telemetry choices by dtmf command and
one remote node worked fine, a second on the same lan has errors.
I plan on going to site someday and replace the sd card with an imaged copy.
I can access the node via normal allstar connections and via iaxrpt but not
WinSCP, supermon, ssh or putty, just curious if anyone knows how to hack
in. I have reboot programmed but it doesn't work using iaxrpt, works fine
on the first node mentioned. here is the error. I don't have a way to
remote power cycle.
