[arm-allstar] rPiZero-2 W connecting to WiFi

Never mind, figured it out. The  wpa_supplicant at wlan0.service unit 
wasn't loaded, and thus, not started. Since I didn't have console 
access, I mounted the card on another system, and put two lines in 
/etc/rc.local to enable and start the service long enough to get it on 
the network. It seems to work now.
