Yes, those are for voice telemetry.

Well, we tried going into the rpt.conf file and setting:
telemenabled=0 and
telemdefault=0
After connecting via a voip phone, the node itself no longer makes any voice
announcement as to the new connection, but the sms telemetry is still being
sent to the voip phone and causes the voip phone to disconnect after about
30 seconds.
So, those settings appear to handle voice telemetry, but not sms telemetry.
If anyone else had any suggestions, I'm open.
