[arm-allstar] SMS messages

I don't quite have the same problem, but something similar with a SIP soft phone. What I do is use a connected private node with dahdi/sudo, that way all telemetry to the phone client is completely suppressed. Works great. Then just connect that private node to my public node on the same host to actually send it places. I also have sendphonelinks disabled on that node.
