[arm-allstar] e-mail delivery failures ---was: SMS ou E-Mail ?

As David said, email services are locking down smtp and finding software
that uses the new protocols for automated messaging just isn't there yet
from what I've seen.

I found this might be an alternative if you need smtp but it's limited
messaging for free: smtp2go - https://www.smtp2go.com/

I have moved a lot of my email notifying things over to telegram even for
Allstar stuff if that's an option for you?
