Nate,
How long do you have the node hangtime parameter set?? ...Very short, I'm
guessing?
If you need to keep the typical hangtime short, you could use the
althangtime parameter, set to perhaps a couple seconds (2000)??
Then, enable the althangtime usage with COP,19. When done with the
announcements, re-enable the "normal" hangtime with COP,20.
