[arm-allstar] Weather Script

I fixed the command not found but there is a mess with the script, it ran
and then talked for 5 minutes but not about the forecast, so back to having
some more fun.
I had to install lynx from putty menu 9 cd \ enter enter and then cd /
enter enter and typed pacman -S lynx and answered Y

Arch Linux pacman -S lynx
