[arm-allstar] Enable Macros

Hi,

Are you trying to use a function or a macro?  *70 is typically  
pre-defined as a function to activate ILINK,5 ....I don't think ILINK,5 
currently generates any audible output.

Try issuing a DTMF command *81  ...That should read back the time of day.
