[arm-allstar] Rasp Pi4 2GB wont boot with hamvoip 1.6-14

A friend of mine who is not local to me is trying install the hamvoip
1.6-14 version (latest)
onto their pi4 but it gives the error upon boot up "start4.elf: is not
compatible this board
requires newer software"
>From the research that I have done so far this latest version of Hamvoip
software solved that issue. Has any else experienced this?
