[arm-allstar] No registration

I have been dealing with my problem of not receiving a registration I have
both hamvoip and all star link registration in my code. This only happens
in my mobile and in various areas of the country. I'm using AT&t hotspot
for the internet connection. And it is connecting and receiving an IP
address. I'm just not receiving registration when I'm looking at the
monitor screen on my tablet. All my other devices seem to work well and
have internet connections as well as sending this email at the same time
that I'm having the issue. I have been running this mobile hotspot for
several years now and this issue has popped up in the past years during our
travels.
