[arm-allstar] Courtesy tones

In the rpt.conf file make this change.
; Courtesy tone mapping

unlinkedct=ct18 ; Sent when not connected to another node
;to change when connected to another node look in telementry for remotetx=
and put in =|iK ; wa2kjc
;this means transceive mode when connected, to change monitor mode *2node
then change remotemon=
;remotect=ct18 ; Sent when remote base connected ; i don't have one setup
;linkunkeyct=ct15 ; sent when a network user unkeys
linkunkeyct=ct20

then down at the bottom of rpt.conf
[telemetry]
ct20=|m L
remotetx=|m K  ;this is what i put in for local cw k when unkeying with
remote connection to any node; wa2kjc
