[arm-allstar] Text to Speech

I recently built a dual band remote base using two cdm 1250's and wanted to
announce the channel and the frequency and callsign as I remotely commanded
the channel to change. 15 channels each radio. I am working on a
presentation for the build.
I found the default text to speech voice not what I wanted and I had been
using free text to speech sites and converting the wav files to gsm and
lots of work.
Using the hamvoip built in text to speech software with the mods I made
gives me 5 voices to choose from. I point to the directory that the file is
made in when I want it to be announced. This whole process is so much
easier and it sounds great.
I have a couple other documents on "how to" that I would like to share.
Please let me know if I shouldn't be sending these as I have two more I
would like to share.
Thanks and 73's
