NO firewall or other security system no matter how expensive and
sophisticated it is can be considered "impenetrable". 

Recently the entire health system of Newfoundland Canada had their
bullet proof systems compromised and held hostage. There are numerous
other companies around the world with systems that were said to have
protection better than Fort Knox and were compromised. 

Having said this, not using some security, like VPN's, is not advisable.
It won't keep a professional criminal out but it will slow them down.

David, we've got a node located at a medical facility that has an
impenetrable firewall, even from inside. The firewall prevents AnyDesk
and
VNC from working. Any chance that Zero Tier would work in this
situation?
