[arm-allstar] Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W -- It works!

Hi Everyone,

For those users experimenting with the new Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W hardware,
I've now got my board up and running the HamVoIP image, at this point,
including full WiFi support.

Experimentally, I went ahead and enabled cpu_turbo, so the Z2W is running
at 1200Mhz. No heating or other issues at all, so far.

I need to test the updated firmware pack against all my test boards. Once 
complete, I'll release it as a pacman update.  Assuming no issues are 
found (and I doubt there will be),  I'll release the update in the next 
few days.

....These are really nifty little boards!  Hopefully they'll become 
readily available soon!
