[arm-allstar] Hamvoip audio echo

I have 2 friends that have nodes that have suddenly developed an echo on
repeated audio, both are on repeaters as controllers, all delays in
simpleusb are set to 0. Nodes are up to date and have been rebooted.

Any ideas
