[arm-allstar] Setting up Alinco DR135/235/435 for Node Use?

*I don't own that Alinco model, but for most similar models, you must 
select 9600 baud for true "flat" audio, and 1200 baud for 
"de-emphasized" or "speaker" audio. Keep in mind, that while KB4FXC has 
made improvements to the usbradio channel driver, it still has some 
minor issues, such a tiny millisecond holes in the audio occasionally. 
The usbradio channel driver now allows for both pre-emphasis and 
de-emphasis, and is the better choice for audio quality, unless there is 
some other reason you must have "flat" audio for your situation.
