[arm-allstar] Won't Boot - tried all the usual stuff

You intend to use this for a SHARI hat? Have you modified cmdline.txt as 
instructed on the SHARI website? If so, there was (still may be) a 
documentation error, in which there is an uppercase P instead of a lower 
case p in cmdline.txt. If you haven't yet made this change, no idea.
