[arm-allstar] Motorola as Node Radio

I've been using an Alinco DR-435T MKIII as a node radio for several years
with no problem at all. I run it at low power but have a small, 4" fan
running on it at all times. (Probably more for my peace of mind than for
the benefit of the radio) It comes from the factory with a serial port that
wires up to my node interface just fine. I think I paid about $270 for it
about 4 years ago. I researched a few different radios and this model (a
70cm one) was recommended. I've come to agree with that recommendation.
