[arm-allstar] how to adjust?

When I am remoteing to the repeater it has a short hang time on the back 
bone but not short enough, so the Allstar unit cycles tx to rx, so I 
need to lengthen the pulse time or hang time of the allstar, so it will 
stop cycling. And completely drop. So i need a pause or something.
