[arm-allstar] bounce-back from Kenwood TM-D700A

Patrick,

Interesting problem. Lately there have been several users having similar
simplex radio strangeness, including one user with a D700. The symptoms
are: when PTT is not active, COS behaves normally. Then, anytime PTT is
active, COS is always active, too.

What type of USB fob are you using?

In the very latest pre-release code, I've added a new simpleusb parameter
which will likely resolve the issue you're seeing, by masking it. Note
that I say mask the problem--the reported cases are all hardware telemetry
problems. This isn't a software issue, as far as I can tell.

Contact me directly, for more details.
