[arm-allstar] Obnoxious tone

I just added a DB9 cable and a USB with ferrites to my set up and the
wine is gone. I"m not sure which cable fixed it, but I now have the Pi,
the RIM-Alinco device, and the radio itself nicely separated.

Next thing to try will be a USB cable with ferrites between the Pi and
my Rigrunner DC distribution block, instead of the regular wall-wart
that came with the Pi, to see if things get even quieter.

I'm already at the point where self noise from whichever HT I'm
transmitting to the node with is higher than anything from the node
itself. :)

A Yaesu FT-70DR with the inexpensive Heil HTH-Y headset mic results in
actual lows in my audio... very nice. The Alinco passes actual bass
frequencies.
