[arm-allstar] HamVoip Registration

Maybe I am overlooking something, but I was wondering if the HamVoip
Registration for private nodes is in place yet?  I see comments about this
becoming a thing, but no updates to it happening.

I just want to clarify...  I have a node connected to the Allstar Network
using HamVoip, this will be the Hub.  But about to place several private
nodes at my site to connect the repeaters and link radios together that
will not be connectable from anyone outside my network unless they connect
to my public Allstar Hub Node.  This will allow repeaters and rf links to
connect together without public connection unless they are connected to the
hub...
