[arm-allstar] Connected Message

rpt localplay 12345 connected  ...Gets this file:

/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/connected.gsm

While, Playback(rpt/connected)  ... Gets this file:

/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/rpt/connected.gsm


Note the "rpt" subfolder.
